Prakruthi is planning to grow as powerful national brand in NGO sector and sustain by its own fundraising efforts. As part of this process Prakruthi is building a corporate fundraising team in Bangalore. The Manager will work with corporate companies in Bangalore and build Prakruthi’s brand image among corporate leaders and employees. He/she will raise funds from corporate and its employees through CSR participation, employee giving, payroll giving and promotion of fair trade products.

THE DELIVERABLES

 Initiate and establish partnership withv corporate companies in Bangalore
 Take appointments and giving presentationsv in corporate establishments
 Build Prakruthi’s brand and inculcate itsv mission among Bangalore corporate community.
 Conduct fundraising-cum-v awareness building campaigns in companies, housing societies and apartments
v Market fair-trade products among corporate companies and raise income for Prakruthi

THE PERSON

 A post graduate in Marketing/ marketingv communication from a reputed institute
 2-3 years progressive experience inv fundraising/concept selling
 Excellent oral and written communication skillsv in English and working language in Hindi and Kannada
 Should be energetic,v self-motivated, flexible and committed to the people’s cause
 Should bev capable of achieving the fundraising target
 Should be a team player andv ability to build and motivate a team and guiding them to reach the objectives
