• Focuses on bringing together various grassroots groups to prepare them to meet challenges posed by market focuses in a neo liberalized situation.
• Small growers and farm workers in the coffee and tea sectors, cotton farmers, and workers in textile and garment industries are the primary target groups.

Community Development

• Education Project targets specifically the families of tribal farmers of Adilabad district. Using the approach of concretization and education of farmers and their children, we promote environment-friendly education for the children of these farmers, especially girl children.
• Eco centre Project is designed to demonstrate organic and sustainable farming, in collaboration with farmers, by providing cows, fodder-land, rain water harvesting techniques, rain ponds, vermicompost, biogas plants and bio-pesticides. The program is expected to have beneficial impact on the ecosystem because improved cattle feed will significantly boost dung production, thereby producing much more farm manure and biogas.
• Prakruthi-RCML Training Centre is aimed to reduce poverty and unemployment in West Bengal by using core business practices of RCML in a CSR framework and create a pool of technically and socially sound workforce drawn from people living below poverty line in West Bengal through a sustainable process like skill development, capacity building and provide employment.
• Community-based Training Centre Project works with the youth (14 to 24 years) of the underprivileged population of Bangalore Rural, who are trying to rebuild their lives. The project works on the issues of economic alternatives and creating a more positive identity for the youth.

The Training Centre provides psycho-social support and a range of facilities in occupational and vocational training, apart from sponsorship for formal education and training.
