Training is one of the crucial area to intervene for changes in developmental aspects in all the sector where prakruthi involved. To equip and upgrading their existing skill to perform the project activities in a effective implementation. The trainings are broadly divided under the Community development and corporate social responsibility.

In House trainings:

  • Training of trainers is focusing on trained the peer workers/staff to implement the project effectively at the beginning stage. The TOT likes project leaders training, Internal inspectors training, teachers training and volunteers training.

External Trainings:

  • Apart from these inhouse trainings to take them to exposure and on the job training at outside prakruthi is deputy projects staffs to outside the training agencies/institutions on the bases of training need assessment.

Community level trainings: In this area identified farmers, stakeholders and other beneficiaries to train the relevant area on roles, changing the mindsets, sensitization and skill development for better understanding, and build the capacities to empower the process.
